The applicant, Christy Day, owner of Map 17, Lot 87, 110 Boston Post Rd, Amherst, NH 03031, Historic “H” district, is requesting a variance from Article III, Section 3.2.7 to continue the use of the property for 5 residential dwelling units notwithstanding discontinuance of the 5th unit for more than 18 months.

 3. Case #12-1779: Variance

The applicant, Christy Day, owner of Map 17, Lot 87, 110 Boston Post Rd, Amherst, NH 03031, Historic “H” district, is requesting a variance from Article III, Section 3.2.2 to use the property for 5 residential units where 4 non-conforming dwelling units exist, the 5th unit found to be discontinued for more than 18 months.
