We purchased the home on 12 Melody Lane, Amherst less than a month ago for $335,000. An appraisal had to be done to satisfy the VA home loan which revealed the property’s value to be $338,000. According to the property reevaluation we will be taxed for our property being worth $356,400, which is almost a $20,000 difference.
I would like it corrected or reevaluated. I can furnish the appraisal as well.
