Amherst Fire Department Association is an independent non-profit organization comprised of Fire Department members that are dedicated to supporting the mission of the fire department. The association assists with fire prevention education and utilizes community events to educate the public while raising funds for equipment and scholarships related to emergency services.
Stay tuned for our next fund raising event at LongHorn Steak House on Route 101A in Amherst. LongHorns will be sponsoring ”Dinning for Dollars” event to benefit the AFD Association. Vouchers will be available for dinning at LongHorn that day from 11a.m. to 10p.m. and 10% of the proceeds will go to AFD Association!
