Petitioned zoning amendments may be submitted to the Community Development Office for placement on the 2016 Town Meeting Ballot. The last day to submit petitioned zoning amendments is Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is an elected board that grants variances, special exceptions and equitable waivers and hears appeals of staff determinations of the applicability of the Zoning Ordinance.
The Board is seeking interested individuals to be appointed to fill the following vacancies:
- One full member to serve until the next regular municipal election (March 2016), at which time a successor will be elected to fill the remainder of the term (expiring in 2017)
- One alternate member to serve a three year term (2015-2018).
