Current employees have the option to remain with our current plan, the HMO SUPER $25 $500 with HRA. 

      HMO SUPER $25 $500 with HRA 
      HMO HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) with HSA  You must complete an NHIT enrollment forms AND a csONE HSA enrollment formThere is not an option to go back to the HMO SUPER if this plan is chosen.

Dental Insurance: Northeast Delta Dental, though Benefit Administrator HealthTrust
     Open enrollment is the time for adding family members if there has not been a qualifying event. Please use an enrollment form, below.

STIPEND FOR DECLINING INSURANCE (BUY-BACK)
Any eligible employee with current insurance coverage may decline Health and/or Dental insurance and receive a taxable stipend paid bi-weekly. Proof of current coverage for the employee, dependents and/or spouse is required. Please see the Health and Dental Declination forms (below) for details. Forms must be received by May 30, 2024

Retirement Plans- Deferred Compensation 457b
     Full-time Employees have the option to have pre-tax deferred compensation in a 457b plan. Anyone hired before July 1, 2024 may choose to receive a Town contribution of 7% in lieu of joining the NH Retirement Sytem. Please speak to Administration of Finance for more information.

NHRS for Town (Group 1) employees 
     Full time staff hired before July 1, 2024 have the option to join NHRS or receive a Town contribution of 7% to your choice of our two 457b plans. Employees should visit

     New hires after July 1, 2024 will automatically be enrolled.

SUPPLEMENTAL MEDICAL INSURANCE and EYE INSURANCE 

  •  Colonial Life offers "gap" insurance. Please see the application below for suggested rates.
  • Ameritas- The Town has contracted with Ameritas to offer employee-funded Eye Insurance. Enrollees have the option of choosing VSP or EyeMed. Payment will be deducted through payroll.
